Booking With Flyshot Outfitters

Our policies are designed to ensure a seamless, professional experience for our clients and to protect the livelihoods of our hardworking, independent contractor guides. By booking a trip, you agree to the following operational standards.

1. Payment & Booking

To provide a premium experience and secure the best guides on the water, we require 100% payment upfront at the time of booking.

  • We prefer ACH bank transfers and checks.

  • We do not charge credit card surcharges for completed trips.

2. Cancellations

Our guides block their calendars specifically for your dates. To protect their professional schedule, we enforce a strict 30-day non-refundable window.

  • Cancellations made 30+ days out are fully refundable (minus a 4% fee if paid by credit card).

  • Cancellations inside 30 days are non-refundable. Retained funds are used to honor our financial commitment to your scheduled guide, ensuring they receive their full day-rate for the reserved date.

3. Weather & Water Conditions

Montana weather is dynamic. We fish rain or shine and during high water.

  • We do not cancel for forecasts or rain.

  • Your guide reserves the right to adjust start times, relocate to different rivers, or pivot to lake/wade fishing to ensure safety and quality.
